Indeed, the year started particularly cold and wet. Winter lasted longer than one would have imagined which led to many delayed projects.<\/p><p>The installation of the 100 pop Tricel Optima sewage treatment plant was also affected by the weather and poor site conditions. Working alongside Keyline and hand in hand with Ogilvie Construction, we were able to delay the delivery and original installation date until the site was ready.
