The property was situated on a very steep back garden, within a highly sensitive environmental area near the Menai Strait. Traditional underground septic systems were not feasible due to ground instability and limited space.<\/p><p>Additionally, because the installation discharged to water, it had to comply with strict environmental and building regulations.
