Once the wastewater treatment solution is installed, you have 10 days to register your product to confirm the warranty.

 

Commissioning your wastewater treatment plant: commissioning should be done by a competent person while following our manual.

Your product registration confirms your right to protection under the terms and conditions of our limited warranty. Please save your receipt/email to validate your warranty.

The product type corresponds to the model of your Novo tank. It can be found on the metal plate under the green blower housing. For example, on the picture below UK-6G-AF is the model of the tank aka the product type.


The WO number is our internal reference which is a 5 digit number that is on the delivery paperwork / on all delivery confirmations that we have emailed you. On the image below, the WO number is 37901.



The serial number can also be found on the metal plate under the green blower housing. On the photo below, the serial number is 202-1494.

Terms and conditions of our limited warranty

Your product registration confirms your right to protection under the terms and conditions of our limited warranty.

Process Guarantee

The process is guaranteed to meet the designed Effluent Discharge Standard for the life of the plant provided that:

  • All aspects of the Tricel Novo installation and technical manual are adhered to.
  • The unit is serviced as per manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • The flows and loads do not exceed those stated on the design sheet.
  • There is sufficient hardness in the water where nitrification is required.
  • Grease from commercial kitchens is not present in the influent.
  • Performance is measured after the process has matured.
  • Biological inhibitors are not present in the influent
  • The pH is 6 to 9.
Warranty Period

The warranty period for mechanical parts in the Tricel Novo system is 36 months from date of purchase. The GRP structure of the Tricel Novo plants carry a 20-years warranty from date of purchase. The warranty gives specific additional benefits; statutory rights are unaffected.

Parts covered under warranty

Tricel (Environmental UK) shall not be liable for any labour involved in the removal or replacement of parts. Tricel (Environmental UK) shall not be liable for loss incurred because of interruption of service or for consequential damages, labour or expense due to a fault, nor shall this constitute a cause for the cancellation of the contract of purchase and sale. Specifically exempt from the warranty are limited life consumable components subject to normal wear and tear, such as air pump vanes and filters.

Tricel (Environmental UK) shall not be liable if the system has not been regularly serviced and desludged as per manufacturer’s guidelines by a competent agent with documentation detailing servicing carried out.

Chargeable non-warranty work

Service charges incurred (including parts and labour), due to unauthorised alteration, accidental damage, improper use, abuse, tampering, failure to follow installation instructions or failure to follow operating and maintenance procedures are not covered by this warranty and are not assumed by Tricel (Environmental UK). All service visits for non-warranty work are chargeable.
