Mayor Chris Brine helps Gloucester Composites celebrate their rebranding to Tricel

Mayor Chris Brine helped Gloucester Composites celebrate with their rebrand to Tricel at a sign unveiling.

Gloucester Composites, which now trades under the name Tricel, employs more than 40 people at its factory in Stonedale Road, Stonehouse.

It is one of a number of sewage treatment companies spread across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe which is moving into a new era under the Tricel banner.

Stonehouse mayor Chris Brine was invited to tour the facility as the new Tricel sign was installed on Friday, March 28.
Managing director Philip Lawrence, said: “I am very excited to be leading this company as it enters a new era under the Tricel banner.
“When this rebranding process started a clear vision was laid out to us here in Gloucester Composites as to what could be achieved and I am delighted with the way it has turned out.

“Since 2002 the Tricel name has been one of the leading lights in the group’s structure and now is the most opportune time to place it front and centre of what we are offering.

“The past number of years have brought with them a number of successes for this company.

“Our position within the group is a strong one and we are confident that as we undertake the Tricel rebrand we will continue to thrive.”
