THE CHALLENGE
For this project, a number of technical factors had to be taken into account, including the configuration of the site, the presence of a ditch and the proximity of the installation to properties. These various factors created a number of challenges that our technician and installer overcame with flying colours.

The Installation
Tricel Novo is available in gravity and with a pump. For this project, the best option was the pumped one. We installed a 25-metre pumped outlet to a seasonal section and discharge ditch. We built a raised bed soakaway.
Due to the restrictions and close proximity of the sewage treatment plant to the properties we had to get permissions and sign off from the authorities. We put the sewage treatment plant in the same place backed up with 12m3 of concrete. Also rather than having the homeowners without facilities, we used our mobile above ground storage tank tied into the communal system. It allowed them to continue with daily life whilst the work was carried out.
The installation was done by ADP Environmental Services Ltd within 4 days only!
