THE CHALLENGE
The parties involved in upgrading the commercial sewage treatment plant
Focus on the South West of England for our latest installation. Our area sales manager, Mike Hopson, was involved in a sewage treatment system upgrade in Dorset. If the county is particularly known for its Rugby union league team – the Dorset & Wilts- at Tricel, we are assimilating it to a great project that we got from our client, Richard Puzey who is a local groundwork contractor. He was representing a group of holiday lets owners.
The main challenge with this group of holiday cottages was to remove the existing systems and install our solution (sewage treatment plant – Novo UK 42 sewage treatment plant). We wanted to ensure minimum disruption. We made sure that this was achieved and that the cottages’ services were only out of commission for 30 minutes.

When our client got in touch with us, we started by defining their needs and understanding what were the PE requirements. We agreed on a sewage treatment plant Novo UK42.
