THE CHALLENGE
The primary challenge of this project was finding the appropriate sewage treatment unit that could be utilised by a group of houses with a non-compliant shared system. The customer was also concerned about the noise and smell.

The process and follow up
After being recommended by Kent wastewater services Ltd, we spoke at length with the customer. With our installer, we discussed suitable location possibilities and they introduced a beehive box for our blower.
We met them on site and maintained communication with all the members of the housing group. Our team answered all the questions. So, the customer felt confident that our product and the service of our installer was the best choice.
