THE CHALLENGE
The key challenge was the complete failure of the existing treatment system, which left no margin for delays. A fully functioning replacement was required immediately. The site itself was difficult to access, making the delivery and installation of typical sewage plants particularly complex. Adding to this, careful coordination was needed to align the delivery schedule with the availability of the installation team. The installation team executed the plan with precision, aided by the compact design of the unit and the detailed scheduling carried out in advance. Every stage, from delivery through to full operation, was handled without delay or disruption, even in a location not typically suited to large equipment.
