In addition, they offer a diverse collection of over 3,000 pots and troughs to meet their customers’ gardening needs.
They were in the process of opening a new restaurant and were looking for a sewage treatment plant in Essex that could cover their need for 100 population equivalents.

THE CHALLENGE
One of the challenges for this project was to reassure the customer about the installation of the sewage treatment plant.
Indeed, the customer has been in the building trade, so he was familiar with this business field. However, he wasn’t familiar with the sewage treatment field and was nervous about installing a wastewater treatment system.
Our team worked with the customer to understand his fears and advise him.
The Installation

Our team recommended our Tricel Maxus 100 population-equivalents system. Tricel worked very closely with the customer. They ensured the customer got everything he needed, including advice, answer to every question he could have and explanation about the product.
Our team came to the site and talked to him through the process. We kept in contact and answered his questions promptly.
The installation and follow-up
Once the customer ordered the Tricel Maxus system, we manufactured, delivered and installed it in 8 weeks. By the end of the works, the sewage treatment was ready for the restaurant’s opening in Spring 2024.
