THE CHALLENGE
The main challenge for the homeowners who contacted us was replacing an existing septic tank to comply with the 2020 regulations. Indeed since the 1st January 2020, in England and Wales, a septic tank directly discharging into a watercourse must be replaced or upgraded. Another challenge was the space restriction and avoiding a nearby propane tank.
The homeowners found us online, appreciated our clear and concise information and decided to contact us. The same week, our Area Sales Manager for the East and South East of England came out for a site visit to access the site and to discuss possible suitable septic tank or sewage treatment plant options.
The Installation
