HydroLift packaged pumping stations
HydroLift is a range of fully automatic packaged pumping stations designed for surface water, stormwater, groundwater, grey water and treated effluent applications.
It provides a reliable solution for pumping water to a higher level where gravity drainage is not possible or is uneconomical to install.
HydroLift pump stations can accept water from car parks, car washes, floor areas, downpipes, cavity membrane systems and similar applications, as well as treated effluent from a sewage treatment plant.
HydroLift is not suitable for receiving untreated sewage. See the Tricel FoulLift range.
Range summary
- Structurally reinforced tank‑grade MDPE/HDPE chamber.
- Available in six chamber sizes, up to 800 mm diameter and 2,000 mm deep
- One or two stainless steel automatic pumps with 10 mm free passage (Calpeda GXRM-9).
- Supplied as a complete, ready‑to‑install package.
- Designed with installation flexibility in mind, HydroLift pumping stations are quick and easy to install, with inlet positions adaptable to suit site‑specific requirements.
- Discharges to solvent‑welded 1¼” PVC pipework. Other discharge options available.
- Vortex impellor for high flow performance.
- Pedestrian‑duty access cover*.
- Comply with BS EN 12050-2:2015 Wastewater lifting plants for buildings and sites – Lifting plants for faecal-free wastewater.
* Please note the access cover for the HydroMini and HydroMidi is non‑locking as standard; a locking version can be supplied on request.
Choice of chamber sizes
The HydroLift range is available with: 600, 650 and 800 diameters and in six chamber depths: 600mm, 1000mm, 1250mm, 1500mm, 1750mm, and 2000mm.

Single or Twin pump

Twin system vs single pump system
For groundwater, surface water and other applications where inflow cannot be controlled, twin pump systems complete with a high level alarm should be used.
